MAX TRANSFORMATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
HELPFUL TIPS:
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AT MaxMuscleMS.com TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2026 MAX TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE. You must both fill out the Registration Form AND pay the Registration Fee.
Enter the Max Transformation Challenge 2026 Entry Form and complete all of the required information and follow all instructions. Submit your entry by clicking on the “Submit” button. Max Transformation Challenge 2026 begins at 12:00 a.m. (C.S.T.) on March 2nd, 2026 with all initial InBody scans completed no later than March 7th, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (C.S.T.). The Max Transformation Challenge will finish May 30th, 2026 at 4:00 pm (C.S.T.) (the “Contest Entry Period”) and all final InBody Scans must be completed by 4:00 p.m. (C.S.T.) on May 30th, 2026. These final InBody Scans may be scheduled and completed between May 25, 2026 – May 30, 2026 at 4p.m. (C.S.T.) and may be completed during normal business hours at Max Muscle Nutrition located at 507-6 18th Avenue North, Columbus, MS 39705. One (1) entry per email address. Contest ends May 30, 2026. Winner will be announced on or around June 3rd, 2026. InBody analysis comparisons and judging will take place after contest ends and Grand Prize winner will be announced.
Judging is based on improvements in body composition. Data will be collected using the Biospace InBody 570. Judges will base their final decision on the most impressive improvements in body composition, including, but not limited to, body fat mass reduction, skeletal muscle mass increase, percentage of body fat reduction, and segmental lean analysis improvements. In the event of a tie, the contest will be extended for an amount of time determined by the judges until a winner is declared.
Southeastern Specialty Retail Group, LLC dba Max Muscle Sports Nutrition, (herein after Max Muscle) will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive or complete the full entry process (including but not limited to InBody scan required at the beginning and ending of the contest period within the scheduled time frames) entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all email entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Max Muscle in its sole, reasonable discretion.
Max Muscle reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the contest.
